預設 Reseller 帳號停止後,注意年費是否繼續被扣 (GoDaddy、 WWD事件)

和很大大一樣,為了自己註冊方便,所以加入了 GoDaddy (WWD) 的 Reseller 方案。因為價差的問題,當初選擇了比較貴的 Pro 方案,後來 Pro 方案又出現更高級的 Super Reseller 方案,WWD 就通知我,幫我升級為 Super 方案,原價要 229,只要我付29。想說金額不多就升級了。

2007年,通知我 Super Reseller 恢復原價,我就表示我用 Pro 就好了,而且也繳了 Pro 的費用。由於主要是自己註冊用,同時當朋友開一些優惠價的方案,所以也不會去注意網站的狀況。隔了一個禮拜,有朋友說網站名稱變成了 Domains Priced Right,我的所有客戶資料全部被轉到這個帳號下。向 WWD 反應後,有個 Account Manager 回應,說我之前也欠費,要補齊,才要幫我開,我把所有付款日期給他,他又說因為我是 Supper Reseller 帳號,所以不能只繳 Pro Reseller 的費用,更扯的是說,他有打電話到我公司找我,但我不在,這真是神經病,我以為是因為時差的問題,結果他說是我們的人說我不在 而且說打了好幾通,發 mail 我也沒回。(真奇怪,要錢的我都收的到,重要通知卻收不到)

後來直接跟他說,請他把帳戶停掉,同時把今年繳的 99 退給我,Account manager 還是要求我補以前的差額才能退,後來忙也就不管他了,而且reseller帳號也不能用了。

後來 WWD 在也沒有通知我收錢或是任何訊息,接下來收到的都是一些廣告信,所以也就沒仔細去看,直到上禮拜,竟然又收到繳費通知,2009年5月30到期,

挖哩勒 ~ 搞了半天,帳號不給我用,錢照樣扣

為了避免再次因【單一窗口】造成的問題,這次除了寫了一封比較硬的信,同時寄給所有可能的聯絡信箱,包括 support、sales...等,希望是不同人。

I found my account was unavailable at that time, and all the customer were led to Domains Priced Right account. I’ve talked about this issue with Account Manager, Joel Kassera, on June, 8th, 2007 already. I feel very terrible because you didn’t value my purpose and provide a solution right away. As I mentioned, I did lose all the customer in this processing. I feel bad about it.
I could not understand why you didn’t solve my problem at that time, but I still respect your policy. Here I would like to ask you to terminate the service. Please cease all the service and payment request immediately.
