.Asia Registry 在其官網 post 了另一篇公告 回應別人對 .Asia 域名拍賣不公平的指控.

這次為了撇清與 Pool.com 勾結共謀的疑雲, “DotAsia also added that all auction activities are fully logged and that the organisation is prepared to cooperate with law enforcement agencies where appropriate to crack down on illegal and criminal activities at the .Asia auctions, if found. “
也就是說, 歡迎發現有不公平或不合宜的拍賣相關事項者向權威機關提報, DotAsia 則會配合調查來制裁不法的拍賣活動 .
公告文中, .Asia Registry 除了標榜自己是
非營利組織 外,
並強調
1. 域名拍賣的遊戲規則早在 2007 年初就已公告 . . . ,
2. 所有 Sunrise 期提出商標保護域名申請的 公司商標證明 的審核都是交由第三者公司 Deloitte and AGIP (Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property) 去執行 . . . ,
以及
3. Pool.com 雖是 .Asia 域名拍賣平台的主事者, 他们及其相關公司不應該被剝奪 註冊或競標 .Asia 域名來保護其公司商標的權利 . . .

Pool.com 在其網站公告並可供人下載的那份
Final Auction Schedule.csv,
其遺漏的一些熱門域名 (如 Buy.Asia 等) 若不被人蒐證舉發 ,
過了一段時間後當有多人發現時, DotAsia 會不會又有相似的辯解 :
那份 Final Auction Schedule.csv 早就於 2008 年五月就公告了, 而拍賣是依照公告的域名單來執行的 . . . 云云.
