Thank you for contacting Pool.com customer service.

A few weeks ago we advised the seller that the transfer authorization code they provided us for ***.com was being rejected by the registry, and that we need them to contact their registrar and retrieve the correct authorization code.

To date they have not responded back to us so therefore I just emailed them again but this time I explicitly mentioned that any failure to provide us with the correct authorization code as quickly as possible may result with this sale being cancelled.

Even so, I do recommend that we provide the seller a few more days to resolve the issue with the authorization code.

Normally I'll try to go through the marketplace sales thoroughly at least once per week, so if by this time next week we have still not received any response back from the seller about the invalid authorization code I will let you know.

I am contacting you today to supply you with an update concerning your domain marketplace purchase of ***.com.

Over the past few weeks we have been attempting to transfer ***.com away from the seller and into our secured account with Rebel.com, but unfortunately these attempts to transfer the domain are failing because the seller has not supplied us with the correct transfer authorization code. One week ago I sent them an email clearly explaining we need the correct authorization code, and as of this morning they have still not responded.

How would you like to proceed?

If you want us to continue trying to transfer this domain then I can assure you that we will continue to make every effort to try and compete the transfer process until we have possession of the domain. But if at this point if you would like to cancel your purchase due to the delay then I would understand your decision, so if that is what you'd like please let me know.
