sedo買賣的過戶程序

最近總算在sedo成交了一筆買賣
所以想請教一下過戶的一些問題

我收到了support@united-domains.de的一封信件要求我同意過戶
可是信裡可完全看不到任何關於sedo買賣的問題
雖然我覺得應該也是這次買賣引發的過戶
可是我覺得還是小心點
我想知道是否在SEDO買賣過戶都是經過這單位在處理的
還是buyer自行個別處理

不是，通常是由sedo.com or sedo.co.uk直接發電郵和你接洽。通常是sedo先要求買方把價金匯到sedo的銀行帳號內，然後sedo會再通知你把網名移轉到sedo，他們再分別移轉給對方。
所以一旦在sedo上成交，就要等候sedo的人員給你電郵指示一步一步照著做。

你的這個網名目前有無lock住？最好先去lock，以免移轉程序會自動完成。
有可能是對方心急自己申請移轉，也有可能是有心心故意搞鬼。

sedo說確實是要對方自行開始移轉，但需要你的移轉碼，要你寄給sedo，你寄了嗎？如果你確實已寄給sedo，那表示這個移轉要求是合法的。因為如果對方沒有拿到移轉碼是根本無法辦理移轉的。

如果我沒有給他Auth-Code
那我就根本不會收到這封信嗎?

是的，對方會在啟動移轉後沒多久就被打回票說授權碼不對(如果他填錯的話，沒填的則根本無法啟動)

下次你最好向sedo說先把網名直接轉給他們，省得麻煩。sedo應該如此做的。

一般來說儘量找那種可以很容易push網名的註冊商以備日後買賣方便。屆時賣網名只要直接push到sedo的帳戶中就可以，它也可以直接再push給買家或等買家移轉。
如果你的移轉一直有問題，就告訴sedo你要直接push到他們的enom帳號裡，早點了結你這方面的責任。

SEDO的确是让买方自行转移域名的（如果客户无法与你之间进行PUSH操作或者买方要求转移）。在SEDO让买方提交转移申请前，SEDO已经收到了买方汇过去的款项，所以你大可以放心大胆的转移。转移完成后，通知SEDO检查WHOIS确认域名已经转移后，SEDO便会将收到的款项扣除手续费后转给你——我以前的几个都是这么操作，因为我的域名大多在OnlineNIC。

SEDO本身不是注册商，肯定没办法做中介，所以也不会存在60天的问题。你的意思是SEDO最好在所有的注册商都有个帐号，然后把想域名转入买方指定的注册商他的帐号里，然后再PUSH。：）不过这样的话，SEDO就累了。：）

一般情况域名未转出前SEDO不会付款，会不会是因为你的系统的问题？我知道在很多注册商的系统里，域名转出后并不会自动从你的帐号里删除，你最好去转入的注册商网站的WHOIS系统检查一下，如果已经有记录了，那肯定是转出了，找SUPPORT手工删你帐号里的记录吧。：）
