它援用兩個案例;暗示我們應該賣它
但我看這兩案例都是很早之前 20000/1998年的搶先登記網址
且都是傳統產業要申請網站
對於它這樣原本就以網路為主體的公司;引用這樣的案例合適嬤 ?
如果像這樣,只要美國任何一家網站 .COM的要台灣的 .COM.TW
我們不都死光光
那還申請.COM.TW幹麻
As you know, Michelin successfully used the TWDRP (

1) they lost the domain name without receiving any compensation whatsoever
2) they were labelled publicly as a 'cybersquatter', which was
3) highly damaging to Tai Xin's business reputation, as well as to the personal reputation of the directors.
A more recent case with similar facts was that of TOSHIBA.COM.TW (
