I have already add my creidt card on 2003/03/12
But today i got my credit card bills.I found that 
there is no fee about credit card fee US1.95 and no PayPal Member 
Number.What's wrong with me?'

I am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.  In reviewing 
your account I show the Member Number could not be sent to your card.

For assistance with successfully completing the Membership Process, 
please fax the required documents to 1-402-537-5750:

  1.  A cover page stating: Attention-International Account Membership 
Process. On the cover page, include your name and the email address 
registered to your account so we can identify the account

  2.  A copy of a government issued photo identification listing your 
name 

  3.  A copy of the credit/debit card statement that shows at least the 
last 4-digits of the card 

  4.  A copy of the front and back of the credit card  

It may take up to 10 business days to review the information that you 
have provided. We will contact you after we have reviewed your 
documentation.

Having another solutions ?
I reject that to fax the required 1-6 documents to 1-402-537-5750 .FAX with
all of my credit card information to aboard is too danagerous. Or can you 
delete my last credit card information and i will ADD Credit Card again.
